Claire comes from a professional background in art & design but she later moved into people management roles within the public and private sector. Acknowledging the fine balance between staff productivity and their personal health & wellness, Claire has always been an advocate of trusted and emerging natural modalities.
Claire utilised her knowledge to fight her own battle with an auto immune disease and continues to succeed in her battle agains Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease using the natural healing modalities which she uses in her business today.
Claire now specialises in holistic and energy healing modalities, achieving Reiki Grand Master level and holding professional qualifications in both Acupressure and Reflexology, Claire supports a multitude of clients on their health, wellness and personal healing journeys.
